Hardy Instruments Analog output option provides both 0-20mA or 4-20mA and 0-5V or 0-10V simultaeously with 16,000 counts of resolution.

The Analog Output is configured from the front panel or the serial port and set up by jumpers on the printed circuit card. The option allows the transmission of Gross, Net, Optional ROC, Peak or Total weight as 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA or 4-20mA (or the reverse of these), and makes it possible to span these ranges over a portion of the weight data.

Resolution is 16,000 counts, or the number of display counts available in the range selected, whichever is less.  Both voltage and current data are available simultaneously.

Each of four independent Analog outputs per option card are configured from the front panel or the embedded web server. This option allows the transmission of Gross, Net, available Rate-Of-Change (ROC), or “mapped” weight as 0-5V or 0-10V over two of the outputs, and 0-20mA or 4-20mA over the other two outputs. All four outputs are independent of each other. It also is possible to span these ranges over a portion of the weight data with a resolution of 16,000 counts for each channel. All parameters can be mapped to these Analog outputs.
