HI 3010 Filler / Dispenser Controller

Whether filling or dispensing solids, liquid or gases, the Hardy Instruments Filler / Dispenser automates your entire process. The HI 3010 achieves accurate and repeatable results, not only through the use of our core weight control technologies, but also because it controls, monitors, and tunes the entire filling or dispensing operation.

As a stand-alone controller, it offers fast and slow speeds with auto self-adjusting preacts for fast precise process control. Built-in totalizers keep you up to date as to the number of cycles and amount of material in the cycle, as well as history totals for each of the twelve internally stored material configurations. Output alarms warn you of overfills, feed timeouts, out of tolerance, not OK to fill, too many jogs, if the discharge gate is not responding, and even when to change an intermediate bulk container.
