Whether the Rate Control Application involves Filling, Dispensing, or continuous Loss-in-weight control, Hardy has years of experience in providing complete solutions. Our controllers can be used to retrofit volumetric feeders or replace outdated controllers in gravimetric systems.

The Hardy HI 4060 Rate Controller provides Loss-In-Weight control with auto-tuning to give you optimal rate control - whether you use a belt, screw or vibratory feeder.

The HI 1756-FC or 1769-FC is used in new applications or to retrofit volumetric feeders. It mounts directly into a Allen-Bradley® PLC chassis and controls many standard feeding devices as well as proprietary designs.

Hardy's HI 3030 and HI 2151/30 Weigh Controllers are also often used in Rate Control Applications with PLCs or can stand alone as weight Rate-of-Change monitors.
