Weight Controllers

Hardy Instruments line of general-purpose and application specific weight controllers are used in a wide variety of applications such as Batching/Blending, Filling/Dispensing, Check Weighing, Level by Weight, Force measurement, Rate Control and Rate Monitoring to name a few. They can operate as stand-alone controller or transfer clean, accurate weight data to a PC, PLC or DCS via a variety of network interfaces.

They range in type from direct plug-ins to the PLC rack, to mounting in an instrument panel, a pole, on a wall, on a desk top or even internal to a platform scale.

These Controllers use WAVERSAVER® to eliminate the effects of vibration on the weight signal, C2® to allow electronic calibration of the weighing system, Integrated Technician for system diagnostics and troubleshooting. A rear panel accessible Secure Memory Module allow the transfer of process weighing variables manually from one indictor to another in case of instrument replacements

True set point relays or digital outputs are included along with digital inputs to efficiently control your static or dynamic process.  They are available in single or multiple scale configurations, and provide the largest choice of network communication in the industry.
