Machine Monitors

Hardy's HI 3600 Machine Monitor enables customized email notifications to a pager, cell phone, Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), or computer, allowing monitored equipment to get in touch with its maintenance engineer – anywhere, anytime.

The 3600 Machine Monitor is the latest innovation in Hardy’s 300 Series product line and offers advanced condition monitoring capabilities on all types of reciprocating and rotating equipment.  The 3600 can monitor up to 16 channels of vibration, impact, and rod drop measurements, and expand to an additional 16 channels of monitoring for other salient parameters, such as temperature, motor load, and pressure.

Users can connect to the 3600 Machine Monitor through the embedded webserver, a Palm PDA (via the infrared port), other machine monitors by way of the Hardy Control-LinkTM network, via email notification, or through plant networks, including ControlNet®.

The introduction of the HI 3600 Machine Monitor also bring supplementary communications options such as Modbus®TCP (Modbus over Ethernet) and OPC. Using either of these options, users can transfer data and commands to and from a computer.
